GB Advisors featured in Web Seminar about Contents Production

Last January 25th, GB Advisors, represented by its members Alejandro Araujo and Pedro Pagán, was prominently featured in a Web Conference offered by software giant Oracle Caribbean. The conference was held for the benefit of representatives from several Latin American Governments. Mr. Pagán talked about the main issues to be considered by a government when it decides to build its eGovernment platform, while Mr. Araujo expounded about the contents and Web navigation structures for Government Portals.

During the activity, attended by over twenty participants, Oracle offered a demonstration of its tool Oracle Portal, as a suitable platform for managing these type of contents.

It should be emphasized, nevertheless, that according to the President of GB Advisors, Alexander Guédez, our company is not circumscribed to any one kind of technology, be it proprietary or not. "We believe that technology should adapt itself to Government, and not Government to technology". Guédez stated additionally that GB is determined to re-invent the concept of eGovernment according to this reality and the new world scenario.
